Our client, an innovative firm serving the medical industry, is seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition. The position is hybrid and based 4-5 days per week at their beautiful office in Lakewood, New Jersey.

Job Details
- Manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals
- Design and implement recruiting strategies for medical professional talent
- Analyze metrics such as Time to Fill and Acceptance Rate
- Provide general oversight of Applicant Tracking System
- Manage team budget and oversee spending
- Develop relationships with external organizations from which to source talent
- Salary: $120-150k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years’ experience managing a full-cycle Talent Acquisition program
- Prior experience recruiting medical professionals, a major plus!
- Excellent people management and project management skills
- Deep working knowledge of strategic KPI management
- Dedicated to detail, with excellent communication and organizational skills
