Our client is a premier real estate investment management company based in NYC. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team. This position is based on site at their beautiful headquarters in Midtown Manhattan.

Job Details
- Provide general administrative support, including calendar management
- Coordinate meeting details, including preparing materials and scheduling
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
- Manage vendor relationships and process invoices
- Maintain and update complex spreadsheets in Excel
- Salary: $65-75k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years’ experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
- Strong Excel skills, including knowledge of v-lookups and pivot tables
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
