Our client is a luxury recreational facility and lifestyle hub. They are seeking a Benefits and Payroll Administrator to join the team. This position is fully on-site at their beautiful headquarters in Rye, New York.

Job Details
- Administer payroll in ADP
- Ensure changes in pay, allocations, etc., are correctly updated and processed
- Manage benefits vendor relationships and invoices
- Administer benefits, PTO, 401(k), leaves, insurance plan allocations, and insurance claims
- Draft internal communications and policies regarding benefits plans
- Act as point-person for employee benefits questions and issues
- Comply with local, state, and federal labor and wage laws and regulations
- Salary: $70-80k annually, based on experience

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years' Benefits and Payroll experience
- Knowledge of labor & benefits laws, policies, and procedures
- ADP payroll experience highly preferred
- Tech-savvy and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service-oriented, approachable, and level-headed
- Confident working with all levels of employees, leadership, and external partners
