Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the team during a 3 to 4-month maternity leave period
- Direct community management for brand channels, overseeing internal community management teams
- Utilize social listening tools and partner with research teams to generate insights on brand’s competitive landscape
- Collect audience insights from social conversations and share valuable findings
- Grasp client objectives and needs, translating them into actionable plans
- Implement digital campaigns to achieve client-defined goals
- Contribute inventive ideas and innovate new employee programs
- Develop strategies that resonate with digital audiences
- Formulate comprehensive content strategies, that include style guides, audits, calendars, and sourcing plans
- Develop a strong grasp of brand objectives + effectively translate into creative briefs
- Identify client opportunities + approaches across portfolios + brands
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital social or community management, with at least 1 year managing a brand's social presence
- Proficiency in Hootsuite, Sprinklr, and Facebook Business Manager
- Familiarity with online conversations in the automotive and sports industries
- Knowledge of standard practices in data analytics, ad implementation, app development, and platform integration
The hourly pay ranges between $45-55/hr, based on experience.
