Our client is a leading law firm based in NYC. They are seeking a Professional Development Manager to join the team in support of the Litigation practice group. The role is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days at their beautiful office in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Details
- Create and implement training and development initiatives
- Oversee performance evaluation and year-end review processes
- Advise senior litigation associates and support staffing initiatives for junior associates
- Administer orientations for new associates and manage re-integrations
- Coordinate practice group meetings and social events
- Salary: $200-225k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in managing talent and development at a large law firm
- Top-notch interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with employees
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to manage competing projects and priorities
