Our client, a storied global law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant. This position is based at their office in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Details
- Report to Maintenance and Facilities Manager
- Manage maintenance tickets on mobile application
- Perform cleaning activities such as dusting and taking out trash
- Assist with office furniture and seating rearrangements
- Complete maintenance tasks as assigned
- Adhere to general health and safety standards
- Pay Rate: $22-25 per hour, based on experience
- Time Commitment: Long term temporary assignment, Mon-Fri, 7 AM – 3 PM
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experienced in corporate office maintenance
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Computer savvy and familiar with ticketing software
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, positive, can-do approach
