Our client is a boutique financial executive search firm based in NYC. They are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join the team. This position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days on site in Midtown, Manhattan. This firm offers excellent benefits and opportunity for growth!
Job Details
- Source candidates through recruiting platforms, job boards, and proactive searching
- Enter and update candidate and client information in ATS and CRM
- Oversee data management and quality control in multiple databases
- Develop targeted pipeline of candidates for specific searches and client needs
- Log market observations from conversations with candidates
- Create tailored candidate biographies and other documents
- Conduct market research and prepare reports, pitches, and presentations
- Support senior staff with client meeting requirements
- Salary Range: $70-95k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 2 years’ experience in recruiting, sourcing, or executive search
- Previous experience in finance or investment industries required, Private Equity or Investment Banking highly preferred
- Tech savvy, with an aptitude for learning new technologies and skills
- Dedicated to detail and highly organized
- Strategic problem solver and strong relationship builder
