Our client is a top real estate management company that specializes in both residential and retail properties in NYC. They are seeking a Property Manager to join the team in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Details
- Provide high-touch customer service and leadership
- Perform regular building walkthroughs and inspections
- Conduct rent surveys and unit analyses to establish rental rates
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and occupancy analyses
- Oversee planning and construction of tenant improvement projects
- Manage vendor, maintenance, and contractor relations
- Maintain records of leases, certificates of insurance, and other documentation
- Ensure tenant compliance with occupancy policies and lease terms
- Salary: $100-120k annually, based on experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years’ experience managing residential properties
- Must have Yardi experience, or similar software
- Precise, detail-oriented, and good with numbers
- Driven to provide a top-notch experience for tenants
- Detail oriented, collaborative, and highly organized
