They are looking for a Associate Creative Director with a strong fluency in new and emerging technologies and design techniques to shape the vision and steward the talent of the design team. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of brand development experience and a strong track record of collaboration with their strategy and content counterparts. Additionally, this candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to applying their talents for good.
Responsibilities
+ Project Leadership/Management: Manage client and partner relationships with autonomy, ensuring creative deliverables are on target and on time, as well as guide the strategy and creative teams
+ Creative Analysis/Audits: Conduct research to uncover emerging trends in client categories — and brand development and graphic design, more broadly — and cconsider their implications for deliverables
+ Creative Strategy: Develop clear, compelling and competitive creative strategies to drive recognition, relevance, revenue and reach for our clients
+ Design Development: Oversee and/or develop bold creative to solve big social, environmental and/or business issues
Qualifications:
+ Have a minimum of 5 years of digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to, web, social and emerging technologies
+ Should have a deep appreciation of research and strategy, and be able to envision creative solutions to complex social, environmental and business issues
+ Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing frameworks
The salary ranges between $125,000-$175,000 per year, based on experience.
