Our client, an international investment firm with offices in NYC, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Private Equity team. The position is hybrid, and based part of the week out of their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. The firm offers an excellent benefits package, including generous PTO.

Job Details
- Manage a complex calendar and act as gatekeeper for the Managing Director
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Assist with research for reports and create PowerPoint presentations
- Monitor incoming emails, draft correspondence, and maintain up-to-date contact information in Outlook
- Arrange international and domestic travel and logistics
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
- Coordinate meeting details, including preparing materials and scheduling
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
- Salary: $90-110k range, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years’ Executive Assistant experience
- Must have experience supporting a team
- Finance or Economics experience, a plus!
- Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
