Olivia always knew she wanted to work with people. Recruiting came to her naturally due to her passion for helping people and her unwavering determination. When she joined Gainor, she was already a skilled recruiter with experience in talent acquisition.
She cultivates relationships that allow her to get to know each of her candidates’ personalities, motivations, and career aspirations. A strong communicator, Olivia is confident, direct, and reliable. She strives to create meaningful, positive outcomes for her clients and candidates.
Olivia is a Brooklyn-born, New Jersey-raised graduate of Montclair State University with a degree in human development and pre-medicine. She is also an emergency medical technician (EMT) and enjoys giving back to the community as a first responder.
She celebrates trying new restaurants, hiking, practicing Pilates and yoga, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
