Margot has been in the temporary service industry since 1986. She is a dedicated professional who prides herself on understanding her clients' needs and providing them with great talent. Paul Rawlings - Staffing CoordinatorPaul has a unique perspective when sourcing and matching the candidates' talent to the clients needs. His background as a Human Resources Manager within a corporate retail setting allows him to hone his ability to form long lasting partnerships with candidates. This, paired with his background in theater and auditioning, helps him coach his candidates to become assets for clients by showcasing their personalities and skills. Since Joining the staffing business in 2006, Angela has focused on building relationships with her clients and providing creative solutions to their short and long term staffing needs.

At the heart of her approach is her genuine care and compassion for the candidates and clients with whom she works. The reality of our economic times dictates that candidates often come to us after being laid off. Angela not only helps them re-enter the workforce, but helps them to "own" their potential and identify strengths. Ultimately this allows Angela to match her candidates with a client who will recognize the unique value they offer as an employee. Angela's clients know that she is always there to help and can depend on her to understand their needs. They can rely on the fact that the high standards she sets for her applicants will translate into a dependable, contributing member of their corporate environment.

Michal Kogen - Corporate RecruiterMichal has a talent for connecting client opportunities with the career goals of her candidates. This unique background has given him an innate ability to form relationships with both clients and candidates. He focuses on meeting the temporary and permanent staffing needs of real estate, finance, marketing, internet and media companies. His experience as a business developer at Yahoo! HotJobs and Monster Worldwide, provides him with a deep understanding of the cultures and staffing needs of companies in the New York market. Marcus is a graduate of Northwestern University.
